I watched the first hour on my computer, and did not notice any humorous moments so far. It is dry-bone real... brutal with no glimpse of hope.
Loved the paramedic, she is wonderful. In fact all characters so far are extremely well acted.
The overworked doctor is great too. Like it or not, this is the reality in which many people live. I have been there... actually far worse (the Romanian hospitals are not the worst), and many scenes here ring true of the situations I have seen.
