Home Video Asylum

TVs, VCRs, DVD players, Home Theater systems and more.

If all the A2s in the world are gone, the one day sale was just as small blip in HD DVD sales.

The question is can they sustain low cost volume sales of A2s and now A3s ?

And what is the unit cost of the A2s ? Did Wal-Mart really pay Toshiba $189 for each A2 (as hinted by pricing in States which outlaw product dumping) ? If so, even $200 seems unsustainable.
