Read carefully and you will note that this is not what Ferenc says in his article. Ferenc says that if you run both Tidal and Qobuz on the same streamer ("platform"), his experience is that there will be no meaningful difference between the sound of Qobuz and the sound of Tidal on that platform, regardless of the cost of the platform in question. I don't read him as making the leap to there being no meaningful difference among the various streamers. But that may be a further conclusion he might make, he just didn't make it here. I'll have to ask him to expand on this thought.

However, I agree that the DAC is the main sonic differentiator in all of this, and the streamer, not so much.
