I guess you haven't taken one apart, and claim with "golden ears" that is truly wonderful...but..

The Russians made some of the most fantastic frame grid valves ever.
The gain as you might expect is pretty insane.
The life of them is quite astonishing, and J J are not known to be able to copy such stuff. (Svetlana SPB probably could).
Hey, why do think their 7591 is such crap, and nobody has ever reproduced the EL520 or 8417. (and those that tried like GE failed).
Look them up.
You will throw out that J J junk you are raving about, realising that only truly mass produced valves are the only ones that can hold quality for any length of time,- which of course is why none of the modern ones ever do.
