That's a lot of music

Start by consolidating the drives. Maybe you don't need to put it all on one gigantic drive, but a couple more 8TB drives wouldn't cost a lot.

Then organize the library. Something like as structure of /artist/album is all you may need. Or /artist/composer for classical music. You could do something like place artists with names beginning A to G on one drive, H to Q on another, then R to Z, or however it needs to be divided up.

It's going to be a lot of work. You can use a good tagging program like Mp3tag (for Windows) that will both tag your music files and move them into a pre-defined directory structure.
